The Problem to Solve
Real estate investors burn most of their week chasing leads, dialing cold lists, and drowning in admin instead of closing deals. DealDial needed a marketing platform that sells a complex three-part service, AI leads, cold calling, and virtual assistants, in a way that feels trustworthy, results-driven, and easy to act on.
DealDial is an AI-powered lead generation and cold-calling service for real estate investors, combining filtered leads, calling support, and virtual assistants. With the DevSparks team I led the delivery of a conversion-focused Next.js 16 site that turns a multi-part offer into one clear story and one measurable strategy-call path.
02 / From Scope to Launch
How the Work Moved
The work became clearer through decisions, working increments, and feedback—not a long wait for a final reveal.
04 Steps
Step 01
We started with discovery and offer mapping, working with the founding team to untangle AI leads, cold calling, and virtual-assistant support into one story an investor can understand quickly.
Step 02
We then designed a proof-led page architecture where each section answers a buying question, with a teal brand system, a pricing comparison grid, and trust blocks designed mobile-first.
Step 03
The build ran on Next.js 16 with SSR for SEO, a tiered pricing engine, Swiper-driven social proof, and Calendly strategy-call funnels wired into every page as the single conversion path.
Step 04
At launch we optimized the experience for Core Web Vitals, instrumented GA4 events on the primary actions, and set up a post-launch iteration path around funnel data.
03 / Decisions that shaped the product
Key Product Decisions
Lead with proof, not a feature list
- Business context
- A three-part service like this could be presented as a feature list, but for investors buying an outsourced pipeline, trust is the real barrier.
- Decision
- We built a proof-led page architecture that explains the service model, expected workflow, available evidence, and the steps between interest and a strategy call.
- Why
- Specific proof and a visible process make the offer easier to evaluate than a generic list of capabilities.
One conversion path, not many
- Business context
- A complex offer invites scattered CTAs: contact forms, pricing checkouts, and generic inquiry pages all competing for the click.
- Decision
- We wired a free Calendly strategy call into every page as the single primary conversion path.
- Why
- A three-part service sells best in a conversation, and one path keeps the funnel clean and measurable with GA4 events on every CTA.
Architecture prepared for language expansion
- Business context
- Localization could have been deferred to a later translation pass once the English site proved itself.
- Decision
- We separated content from reusable layout patterns and prepared the architecture for future localization.
- Why
- A future language expansion can build on the same page system instead of requiring the site structure to be re-engineered.

06 / What changed
Delivered Outcome
Delivered in 8 weeks, DealDial went live with a clear three-part service story and packages investors can compare in one place.
The site gives the team one destination for campaigns, outreach, package comparison, and strategy-call scheduling.
Proof points, service packages, and the scheduling path are now organized into one coherent conversion journey.
“Our lead-gen platform went from idea to live in under three months — bilingual, fast, and exactly on brand.”
